- Thick paper (medium weight card stock or oak tag)
- Scissors
- Hole punch
- 15-inch piece of string or yarn

Place 2 sheets of 8 ½˝ X 11˝ paper over each other and cut a large circle. Then cut the large circle into a spiral. Punch a hole in the center of the topmost spiral. Insert a piece of string or yarn and tie a large knot (or a series of knots) on the underside of the string. Hang your Wind Whirly where a breeze can make it dance!
