- Apple-shaped pattern to trace onto paper
- Red construction paper, enough to cut 26 apple shapes
- A magic marker
- Hole punch
- Pipe cleaners or string
Recipe for Fun!
Trace 26 apples onto paper and write the same uppercase and lowercase letter on each. Have an adult cut out the shapes and punch a hole in each apple. Using pipe cleaners or string, tie the apples to low-hanging tree branches. Then, depending on your child’s learning level, have them pick individual letters or letters that make up whole words.
